  1. Meat Preparation:
  2. Chop the onion and sauté it in a tablespoon of ghee or oil until softened. Add the meat and cook, breaking it up into pieces. Cover and cook over low heat for 1.5 hour. Add the seven-spice mix, black pepper, salt, and pine nuts.
  3. Zucchini Preparation: Wash the zucchini thoroughly to remove any dirt. Cut it into thick slices about 3 cm thick. Once the oil is hot, fry the zucchini slices until golden brown, not dark brown.
  4. After frying, add the zucchini to the meat you prepared earlier. Add a cup of boiling water, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Yogurt Sauce Preparation: In a deep bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, and mint. Mix well until smooth. Serve cold with rice and the zucchini slices.

🌹 Decoration

Sprinkle dried mint or chopped parsley on top.
