- When buying chard for stuffing, cut off the tough parts and don't throw them away. Instead, trim and chop them, then make a delicious salad with yogurt and garlic.
- After washing the chard, boil it thoroughly until it's completely tender. Drain the water and let it cool.
- 1/2 kg yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
