๐ฅ Ingredients
- 0.5 kg roasted eggplant or a 250g can of baba ghanoush.
- 100g yogurt
- 100g tahini or 4 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon citric acid
- 0.25 tsp mint
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp sweet paprika
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Mash the roasted eggplant until it becomes creamy. Combine all the ingredients except the tahini, mix well, and then taste to adjust the flavor. It should be well blended and homogeneous with the yogurt. Finally, add the tahini and mix thoroughly.
๐น Decoration
It is garnished with finely chopped tomatoes and parsley and a rose in the middle, or chopped tomatoes in the middle.
