  1. Hold the hand blender and fix it in the bottom of the cup or container with the oil without moving your hand. Turn it on at a low speed for a full minute. You will notice that the oil has started to solidify at the bottom. At this stage, gradually and slowly raise your hand upwards until you reach the top of the oil. Then start moving slowly from top to bottom and from bottom to top until the oil has completely solidified. This is how you get healthy homemade mayonnaise without preservatives and fresh for use in coleslaw.
