๐ฅ Ingredients
- 300g cabbage, 1/4 of a medium head
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Wash the cabbage and shred it thinly, then cut the shreds into pieces no larger than 5 mm in diameter.
- Grate the carrots into small pieces using a fine grater.
- Add the grated carrots to the cabbage first and mix well by rubbing them together with your hands. Then add the salt and sugar, followed by the lemon juice. Mix well again, then add the mayonnaise.
