🥄 Ingredients
- 0.5 kg liver, cut into medium cubes
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped and sliced
- 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 0.25 cup olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and stir until golden brown. Then add the liver and stir over high heat until it browns slightly. Cover the liver for 10 minutes to cook through. At the end, add the lemon and leave it on the heat for a minute. Then place it in a serving dish.
