🥄 Ingredients

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. How to prepare meat for beans and stuffed vegetables:
  2. Place the garlic, coriander, and ghee in a pot and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the dried coriander and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the meat over high heat and stir it with the garlic and coriander. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Do not add cold water to the meat to avoid any unpleasant odor; boiling water will neutralize it. After frying the meat, add the tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, stir, and cover the pot for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 1.5 liters of water in a kettle and then add it to the meat.
  3. Let the meat cook until fully tender. Add the black pepper, beans, and salt, and continue cooking until the beans are tender. Now add the seven-spice mix and salt.
  4. Wash the zucchini thoroughly to remove any sand by soaking it in cold water for 15 minutes. Then wash it with a soft brush. Drain it in a colander and hollow it out thinly. Mix all the ingredients in a suitable plastic container. Stuff the zucchini, but don't press the filling in with your finger. Instead, gently shake the zucchini so the rice settles to the bottom. Fill the zucchini completely, leaving about a centimeter of space at the top (no less), so the rice is fluffy and not mushy.
  5. Now, in a pot that fits the quantity, arrange the stuffed zucchini at the bottom. Then, pour the beans and any other cooked ingredients over the zucchini, and add the cooked meat on top. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about an 1 hour or 1.5 1 hour. Check the zucchini to make sure it's cooked through.

✨ Chef's Secret

This dish is truly amazing! You won't forget the delicious taste of stuffed vegetables with beans—it's so wonderful and different from stuffed vegetables with lemon juice. When serving, gently stir the contents so the zucchini doesn't break. Cook this dish after the meat is cooked over low heat. Let it simmer gently without disturbing the zucchini so it cooks through without falling apart.

🌹 Decoration

Sprinkle black pepper on top, and that's enough.
