  1. Put the ghee in a suitable pot and heat it, then add the vermicelli and toast it until it turns golden. Add the bulgur and toast it for 5 minutes, then add the boiling water and let it boil again. Cover it and wait until the water level drops below the bulgur, then reduce the heat to a quarter and leave it for about 10 minutes or until the water dries up.
