  1. Trim the okra by removing the dry tops, then slice each into rounds. Cut each round into at least four wedges crosswise.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic and sauté until golden. Add the dried coriander and cook until fragrant. Add the red pepper and cook for two minutes. Then add the washed and sliced ​​okra and cook for five minutes over high heat.
  3. At this point, add salt, black pepper, and a cup of water. Stir, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15 minutes, or until the okra is tender.
